This release is offered as an unchecked option on the private completion form. It does not require praise or waive your ability to provide private feedback.
The release
I give SHFTR permission to use the review and video I submit, including my chosen display name, image and voice, to market SHFTR on its website, social media, paid advertisements, emails and print materials. SHFTR may crop, caption and edit for length or format, while preserving my meaning. My full contact details will not be published. Approved providers may process the material for these uses, and online marketing may be seen worldwide. Each use must disclose that I received the service free in exchange for honest feedback. This permission does not include voice or likeness cloning, unrelated resale or a change to the meaning of my feedback. I retain ownership and may request withdrawal by contacting SHFTR at 778-242-8100; SHFTR will stop new uses and remove material it controls within a reasonable time, but cannot recall distributed print or copies made by others. I confirm that I am at least 18, own this material, and have permission from anyone identifiable in it.
Disclosure
Each marketing use must identify that the customer received free SHFTR service in exchange for honest feedback. Staff review the material and permission before publication.
